Leadership Team

Richard Morgan: has successfully owned and operated his own consulting business since 1995. He brings 30 years of business experience and is a recognized marketing consultant and trainer. His resume is available at www.MorganMP.com

Adam Morgan: has 6 years of business management experience including: making and following business plans, meeting and setting revenue goals, training, hiring, and maintaining a staff, customer service and sales. He also has 3 years of managing an elder care facility with 40+ beds and an Alzheimer care unit. He was responsible for training caregivers, assessing potential residents, meeting with families to set up an Individual Service Plan based on the resident’s personal needs, maintaining state codes and handling medication management.

Bonnie Morgan: has experience as an office manager, caregiver and medical receptionist. She has been responsible for maintaining medical records, providing care for seniors in assisted living facilities, human resources and employee development, and comforting families and patients with severe pain and cancer.
